Necer change to budget

So..if u EVER think to change your building insurance from your bank to budget..PLEASE DONT..YOU WILL.REGRET IT So...last weekend sarerday morning..i.went out..and saw water comming out the soil in the front of the garden..opend the hole and saw a burst pipe..i then contacted these clowns....they send hutton plumbers out from kempton park..these 2 so.called plumbers coulnt not even connect a jhonson coupler to repair the leak.. They manage to get it on...not even 2 hours later the new pipe came out of the coupler..called these clowns again..hutton plumbers came out again...tried to fix it again...lasted a few hours Sonday morning..my garder was under water...phone them again Came out..tried agajn..new copper pipe going to my garden tap..is not even fixed to the wall..loose I then phoned budget as the plumber said all pipes needs to be replaced And this is were the circus starts..new plumber phoned me on monday morning..made appointment momday at 4pm....up to now ..never pitched up Phone budget..send them pics of the loose pipe..and they now say..they dont cover replacing the pipes..must be patched..

The manager at budget that i spoke to..seems to be having the same **** service level as the staff..coulndt give a ****

So i cant seem to once again..get any service from a company that is quick to collect payment..but when there is a claim..the runnjng around and **** service starts
