Nazareen and Gareth were both incredibly helpful and explained things clearly. I asked a lot of questions and they were both patient, kind and tolerant. I added a 2nd vehicle to my policy and needed a reduction on the premium for my older car. They understood my predicament and helped make a plan. They even added the cash back feature which I didn't know about. I have been claim free for 10+ years. If only I knew about it back then. Great service!
