My R2500 refund

On the 16th of December, my vehicle broke down. I contacted the roadaide assistance number, they for some reason could not find my policy. I was told that they will arrange the towing with a company called lacoste towing . They advised me to pay the fee if R2500 from my pocket and they will refund it to me by the next day. It's now the 4th of January, I'm still yet to receive my refund, their call center keeps transferring me to the relevant departments but no one seems to know how to help me. The company lacoste was quick to tow my car but when asking about my invoice for the refund, it never gets sent to me. I've chatted to the director of the company and still no joy
