My name is MaZulu. Budget Insurance was very helpful and assisted me within my vehicle claim in 5 working days even though it was festive holidays. I also got flat battery assistance. I was a bit shocked to know they had my wrong vehicle registration number and I think they can improve with using one commutation channel to not confuse the client with whatsapp, sms, calls and emails. To ask client which they prefer.
