My experience with Budget Insurance has been positive, especially after speaking to a consultant who genuinely listened to my concerns. She assisted in reducing my premium from R2,100 to R1,600 and escalated my outstanding vehicle repair claim from November 2025 to the Claims Department. The matter was attended to immediately, and I was assured that an assessor would contact me within 24 hours. I really appreciate her professionalism, patience and willingness to help.
