My experience with Budget Insurance has been excellent overall
My experience with Budget Insurance has been excellent overall. However, there is room for improvement in their communication, particularly when it comes to informing customers about changes to their premiums and providing updates on claim statuses. Customers should not have to call repeatedly to find out the progress of their claims
