My consultant, Raheema Hyied, was polite, helpful and efficient. She explained why I couldn't change my bank details via the self-service portal and went the extra mile to ensure that all the bank details for all the products linked to my profile were changed. I really enjoyed my exchange with her, she made an admin tas, not feel like a c****.
