My claim was rejected

<p>I regret the day I joined budget insurance. I took out vehicle insurance for my polo vivo in April 2017. My cover included an additional benefit of minor scratches and dents which covers minor scratches and dents below R3000, replaces tyres and pays for traffic fines at an additional cost of R119 to my premium. So on the 23 September 2017 I called to log a claim on this cover. I was told tht department doesn't open on weekends nd public holidays I must call again on the 26 September, which I did. And today on the 5 of October I get rejected. They claim the scratches are worth R9500 which is ridiculous. I am very disappointed in the treatment I got from budget insurance starting from the consultant responsible for my claim Neyo Gama. I am cancelling the insurance and would never recommend this insurance to anyone. The worst service ever. They are ******. Assesors inflating prices of th quotation so that they can reject my claim.</p>
