My claim is approved and my car can still drive to the repairer, however it had a squeaky noise when I turn the starring wheel. I didn't want the repairer close to me because they had bad reviews. I wanted to use the panel beater I used 2 years ago...so this means my car has to be towed from my place to panel beater that is more than 100km away. This matter was escalated to the manager with the help of Lindo and it was resolved. I have peace of mind now because I get value for my money with Budget insurance. This is my 2nd claim and they always come through when I need them the most.
