My claim experience was better

My claim experience was better. The first person who attended to my emergency was Thabiso who handling my trauma state with perceverence and understanding. He handling all towing arrangements as fast as He could find the service provider. He was doing His best to calm me. I was towed and He also made sure I was safely at Home. The follow up claim, I was attended to by Kamo and Kavish; who processed my claim, they were also good and made me understand all the possess. When I was trying to make the follow up with Kamo but I find Emmanuel Nzama. He made sure that I understand all the process and attended to all my questions and requests. He understood all my concerns and calmly made sure thatI made the right choice of the options he offers to me. I am highly satisfied and contented.
