My Car was taken in for a tyre asuspension problem and came back stripped

Budget took my car in on the 2nd of December because I had hit a pothole. I called on the 9th of December only to be told my access is higher than the cost of the claim so i will not be assisted; I asked the scratch and dent insurance which still is under budget insurance and I was given the run around. On the 13th of December I asked the insurance to tow my car to tiger wheel and tyre. It was on the 14th of December that I was called by Albert Ntemi from 1st Road Assist who said my car has been delivered and asked if I was aware that it was stripped. Upon my arrival at tiger wheel I found that my rear lights have been removed and both front and rear bumpers were hanging loosely on the car. I called the insurance and spoke to Nomfundo, Nomsa and then Ntseki who i had to relate the story to induvidualy and got no assistance. I was then told to sign for the car and allow the tow truck driver to leave. I refused to sign and told the insurance that I will not recieve my car in that form when it was not like that when I sent it in. They said that I would then incur the cost of towing the car back to Pretoria. I keep calling the insurance and I'm being sent from pillar to post. I asked scorpion legal advise to help me but I am still stranded with no car and no way forward. The consultants at budget put me on a long hold when i call and when eventually my airtime runs out they dont call me back. Please help me I am very frustrated.
