My Car still not fixed since 4 months ago
Budget claims person Manie Boshoff is ignoring all kinds of attempts I make in communicating with him though he said I should direct everything about my claim to him.
My car after accident was taken to a dealership, they didn’t fix it, budget moved it to another one, they stil didn’t fix it, now Manie said he’ll book it with Ford next day immediately , but it has been days since I’ve spoken with him, he ignores my calls and WhatsApp’s.
I asked him to please ask someone else to help me if you cannot, do not give Budget Insurance a bad name.
