my car is a write off and budget wont pay

my car was involved in an accident on 29july2015 and I couldn't access budget to help me by the road side. my spouse is covered as a regular driver for my car and he he was knocked by drunken drivers on his way from port st johns in the early hours of the morning. he had a business discussion with a friend. now budget states that they reject my claim based on the accusations that I am using a car for business. this is pathetic and now I have a relapse of depression and I can't cope with work and life in general. this is my 1st year of work. my 1st car. my driver never had accident in his life since 2009 after optaining his licence
