Such an inconvenience to ever be associated with them in the 1st place had a policy with them a few years back and had a additional cover for dent and scratches, so I cancel my policy with them and requested to also cancel the additional cover which I was advised that " no I don't do that" and advisor hung up in my ear. Its almost two years that I've asked to be contacted and stop the additional cover from deducting from my account but still waiting...... are you budgeting your time budget insurance
