My ****** and recovered car
Very bad they failing to fix my car for a month now every time when I call them they saying the matter has been taken seriously

07 Sept 2026, 14:46It been a month now Anesu Ziramba sent me an email saying I must email my documents. I did so after that there was no reply on 2 Sept 2026 I went to re-new it Bedfordview I found Bongani Nkosi he said he's my assessor he then wrote everything that missing in my car. He then told me to phone the insurance the following day on Thursday I did called they said the matter has taken seriously. Then today I decided to go to Renew-it I didn't find the guy they said he left. I tried to call you guys again they said Bongani never sent them the quote..
Remember I'm spending my money going to panel beaters.. you guys don't even give a feedback
