My account was debited with a higher premium which I didn't authorise and was only scheduled for 1 December 2023 This is dishonest behaviour
My account was debited with a higher premium which I didn't authorise and was only scheduled for 1 December 2023 This is dishonest behaviour. Nkosi Nxumalo assisted me with this matter. He assured me that I would be refunded the deficit for November and my premium will be reduced from R2100 to R1695 as of 1 December 2023 I happy satisfied with how he assisted me.
