I have been asking for a call recording for the last week and a half but I keep getting sent from pillar to post and without a recording. I thought all calls were recorded and made available upon request. Mamello Lebelonyane told me their SLA is 48 hours but she couldn't even follow up after a week of waiting. I just called again and the phone was dropped in my ear. This is a company that I was actually considering joining but after the incompetence, I don't really know.
