I had a car Accident last year December 4th ..did apply for claim...they told me they will appoint someone Who will be dealing with my case... but they never did...the car was taken for assessment...I had to be calling them almost every day.. until 17th January when I call they gave the penal beaters authorisation...but still they only authorised half of the problem...it is almost 3 months now...my car is half fixed ... the penal beaters have to apply for claim for each an every damage..it seems like the person who was doing the assessment did nothing... because every day the penal beaters discover new problem...
