It has been months and Budget has not resolved this issue. In addition the light is malfunctioning now, because It was a s****. All Budget clients be very very careful when collecting your car, because Budget gives instructions to panel beaters to replace damaged parts from yours with old parts from the s**** yard. It has been months (4months) now chasing them to replace a malfunctioning scab light that was put on my car. They are not returning my call as promised and claiming that they are busy with investigation. I don't know what is so difficult to replace malfunctioning light with a proper working light. I have been with Budget over 5years without any claim, the day I claimed for minor accident I have been sent to pillar to post. What me makes me very upset with this insurance they asked to move all asserts to them and I did it.
