I have had nothing but admiration and positive things to say about Budget Insurance, until now that is, I am extremely disappointed and have already started making arrangements to change to a different insurance supplier, I recently moved from a block of flats in Edleen, Kempton Park with absolutely No safety measures, other that a manual gate, to a much better and safer neighborhood, into a security complex with 24 hour security guards and manned access control. However, trying to update my details this morning with my new address, the online app wants to increase my premiums with an amount, here I was thinking that it should de-crease, I didn't accept the new quote on the app and decided to call Budget Insurance, a lady tried to assist and asked me all the questions about the new premises, Guess what, her quote was triple the amount of the extra amount that I was quoted on the app. In what UNIVERSE does this make any sense??? As it is, Budget Insurance premiums went up by about 35% last year, which is crazy. I don't even use this vehicle during the week because I simply cant afford the High Diesel Prices anymore. so the vehicle stands at home in the security estate all day long. Very bad Budget. Our relationship was great while it lasted.
