MOVE INSURNCE TO SANTAM

<p>the manager of the claims department contacted me with regard to my previous complaint . She was screaming on top of my voice accusing me of stuff that I would never attempt of doing . I had to then cut the call because I was in so much of shock . If this is the way budget insurance conducts business i suggest that no one joins this insurance provider and users with existing policies should cancel and move to Santam or other companies . I am taking this matter to the ombudsman and thereafter if not resolved I will personally summons budget insurance legal team to court . I am extremely angry as to show rude this lady was .her name was Natasha or Natalie I cannot remember clearly </p>
