Motnthly Premium increase without notice
As a costumer I am very disappointed in Budget Insurance. Apart from the fact that I got cheated and done in by them on my first claim. I am being done in again...Since WHEN is it okay to increase my monthly premium with R248 without contacting me and keeping me updated ? I have not received any form of correspondence from them on this matter. I demand an answer or else I will take my business and money elsewhere.
