Most unprofessional service ever

This has to be the worste insurance company to deal with After my small accident late last year..they have been ignoring emails .ignoring call to settle this ..and only after me throwing my toys out in January..and threatening to cancel the policy..these clowns went ahead and canceld my policy....and I only found this out via a email ..so I went crazy and reinstated the policy..and one again..these unprofessional ppl at budget..for some reason has only run a R46.00 policy debit instead of R1400 ... Then they give me a panel beater 50km away from my house..while there are hundreds in alberton ..only after complaining...they gave me a new panel beater closer...I eventually asked to be paid out...as I will fix the car myself

I had to pay R6000 access towards my claim .but on my policy it say R4600..and now according to my app the premmuim for march is R1700..so thats a R300 increase....

This is the worste service I have ever come across..emailing the ppl attending to my claim goes unanswered...

This kind of service seems to be the norm in SA... THERE IS NO MORE RIDE IN DOING YOUR JOB Seems to me if u complain about the pathetic service....they cancel your policy without your consent
