Monthly premium deducted

I contacted budget insurance since last week to cancel the vehicle insurance with no luck. I have already paid another insurer and Budget also deducted. I was promised by many consultants that the relevant department will contacted me but nothing. I called and failed until today.

I would really appreciate to be refunded the monthly premium since I don't need the cover anymore. Hoping that someone will contact me I lost hope
