Money pit and not insurance

Budget insurance shouldnt be classified as a insurance company but rather ******* that like taking your money every month and come time when you in need they gave you the run around. I first tried logging a machincal warrenty claim for my vehicle with them for my radiator and clutch and they said I must go the Ford which I did which the logged this claim and budget are now claiming these component are not covered when I look at my policy the say cooling system is covered which the radiator is the major cooling component as it holds the water for the coool system and the clutch is also covered. For two years I have been pay a higher premium than other insurance based on the components covered by budget and now this. I had a similar incident with content insurance and had to fight again. Am taking you'll to the insurance ombudsman as this is nonsense always have to have hassle with youll.
