Money making scheme
You people are a complete **** … I cancelled my insurance policy with you guys on the 11 October flight much is in the period that I’m still covered and on the 16 October you done a debit order full amount of policy was taken and still have the audacity to tell me that I need proof to show that I do not have the car anymore.. how is me not having the car affecting you ??? The pint is I cancelled the insurance … before next payment had to go off before next cover had to start .. pure ******

16 Oct 2025, 16:53Worst I service ever … my money will not make you rich budget … you say I need to get proof to show that I do not have the car .. why do I need proof ??? I cancelled the insurance.. I receive the cancellation letter … you stating that now it will cost you more to refund my money that’s why I need proof … you guys are a **** .. the point is the insurance was cancelled before next cover so you should not have taken my money R1600 fine because budget insurance is concerned about the cost on their side but they had the decency to take my money
