Mockery, disrespect and horrible experience

What a degrading and horrible experience from Budget insurance Our car was towed from our house due an an accident we were involved in. Days later the insurance confirmed that its a write off. Days later we were informed that they are rejecing the claim due to the policy commencement date. We had the accident on the 10th of July and the contract states that the policy commencement date was the 15 july. Which is absolute wrong because when a customer takes insurance, we expect tge cover to commence on the same day the insurance is contacted. We took the cover/contacted budget insurance sometime in June. Worse part of this whole situation... the insurance returned the car , hence they rejected our claim. The dumped the car right on our gate, now we cant close the gate let alone get into our yard and park our 2 other cars. The level of disrespect and mockery is beyond words. I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy.
