Dear Budget Team

You rejected my claim and yet you refusing to bring back all missing parts of my car. Please I need all my missing parts so that I can start fixing my car. I have been calling left and right since to get my missing parts and not getting any joy with your process, no one is even botherd to assist imagine, everyday u kept on coming with excuses please
