Missing Car Parts
I had an accident in January 2020, my claim got rejected in February 2020 and my car was brought back to my place. When I checked the car it had 3 missing parts and 1 part is very critical to start the car. I have gotten my car fixed but it can't move because of the missing part. I started calling Budget Insurance in February, its June now but I still have not received proper feedback or something telling me if I am getting my car parts back or not. I am sooo frustrated.
