I'm not happy with your service. My car has been in a panel beater for 3 months now.... a panel beater that was chosen by you guys and ever since you approved the claim no one ever bothered to contact me or do a follow up on the repairs I'm the one who have to call you to ask how do you guys operate. You didn't even bother to find out from the panel beater how they missed the other part(s) that there were not ordered that delay the whole process. I wonder how long my car is gonna stay on that panel beater and I wonder if do you have a TAT for your clients cars to be fixed or the car can be at a panel beater for even a year.
