misrepresentation

I took a car insurance policy effective 27 march for my car. I was assisted by PAUL GCABA who I think he failed to tell me the truth on comprehensive cover hail damage benefit. I even waited for documents policies to be sent to me for so for my review, I made several calls and kept told someone will call me. Finally after making a call I think 4th time I demanded documents to be sent to me while on the phone, and I finally received it via email. After a review on the excess part, I noticed tha even for the hail damage I will be expected to pay R12150 for hail damage(excess). OVER the phone I was told comprehensive cover will cover natural disaster like hail damage and break down. I even asked Paul and he mentioned there is any excess that need to be paid.<br> <br> I am asking for you guys to listen to the call recordings for date 26 march 2015 with paul and revert back to me before cancelling this policy for false misrepresenting. I now know the reason why they didnt want to send me documentations.<br> <br> Also I am not sure why R14 premium has been added to my policy for hail damage without it being explained to me because what I was told was the cover will cover hail damage at free of charge.
