Misrepresentation

October 2015 I was contacted by a consultant from budget insurance selling me a service plan for my vehicles, which I consented to joining, when my vehicle was due for a service I was informed that they do not cover that particular service, I was shocked as I had declared everything truthfully from the onset and they could have declined the cover right then, which they didnt, I was sure I had peace of mind with this in place but now im stuck with an unserviced vehicle as I had not budgeted on using cash for it, and when the debit was due on 31/05/2016 they debited and then later reversed the transaction informing me to consult my bank, as I possibily had insufficient funds upon checking my statement I had R 7000+ and even though they returned my funds only one was actually returned, now what am I to do? Am I to foot my own service even though I have a service plan in place, this is dicouraging and disheartening to me as a long term customer, and now as a senior citizen how am I to afford a service I had not budgeted for? All because they wont honour an agreement made and paid for?

Well cannot say I was happy with the handling of this case as the company had said they would foot the bill as the way they would resolve the case, I travelled to my service center where I spent two days only to return with an unserviced vehicle as the company reneged on all agreements made on the 03 June 2016 still very unhappy...
