Misleading ********

if there was a zero Id give them less, they are a bunch of ******* and cons. I took out a pre-owned warranty plan with them, , and 5 months later my car got stuck in the middle of no where, i called them for road side assistance and was told to send my location via whatsapp as I didn't know where i was, I was told id have assistance between 45 minutes to an hour 2 hours later i called back begging for assistance as i felt unsafe and was told that i need to find myself a tow company and get to a safe place and later claim back from them, I did that and 4 days later I calle dthem to claim my money back and also to claim for the damaged car to be fixed, thier agaent then told me I cant claim for the tow truck as I need to have a valid repair claim first, I then asked where i should take my car for repairs he told me its best to take it to my closest ford dealer, I then asked him if there was anywhere else i can take it he sent me a list but insisted i take it to a ford dealer, which the I booked it in with action ford Krugersdorp for 05/12/2022 when i took the car in and told the lady im going t use the budget pre-owned warranty she told me that I will need to pay for the repairs myself and then claim it back from my warranty plan with budge, which for me then defeats the point of having the warranty plan because if i could afford to pay for the repairs myself upfront why would i need a warranty plan? I asked her to send me a mail explaining this and she did, this was never explained to me when budget sold me this plan and I want to cancel this misleading policy and get my money back that ive paid so far as they sold me a product that they can not deliver on. they are a bunch of ******** that dont care about their clients well being and safety
