Misleading Motor Warranty
In October 2019, I took on motor warranty cover with budget. Specifically insuring my catalytic converter for my Peugeot 308 comfort access. I spoke to Quevewin Renecase who I took out my policy with and he assured me that the cat is covered. Today I put through a claim for the cat only for budget to reject my claim due to the cat not being covered. I call in for clarity and the call recording and am put on hold. I am shocked and appalled by the dishonesty, this is ****************. I require the call recording and all my premiums back if you are u willing to cover me!
