Misleading advertising

Budget Insurance is advertising incorrectly (misleading consumers). They advertised that they give customers cash back every month. I for one have never received any cash back and i called to try and get clarity but i was transfered to different people who didn't know what to say to me. I was put on hold for a while then eventually i put the phone down

As discussed, we can confirm that we have been in contact to clarify the Cash Back that you do qualify for.

The "monthly cash back" programme is offered by another insurer.
