Misinformation to the client

I am really disappointed by the unprofessionalism that I have experienced with budget insurance. They gave me misleading information and now when I need to claim for the tyre, they are telling me things that wasn't mentioned when they recruit me, they didn't explain correct information for claim. I was told that when I claim they give R2000 to the client to choose their own dealer for tyre to purchase the tyre, they never told me the excess fee when you claim and they never told that I send thread of the tyre first. I didn't shoot pictures of the thread, I only shot picture of the tyre flat because that's what I thought that it will be needed. Since I wasn't aware of other things that they will want, I decided to go buy second hand tyre while I am waiting for the clam. I replaced the tyre with the second hand tyre. I cnt send those threads of the current tyre. Since I don't have what they need for my claim and the information has changed from when they recruit me, I am going to cancel this policy and also make sure that the people that I referred them they also cancel!
