Mind Boggling Insanity
I'm working and living on Rwanda I'm trying to cancel a policy After numerous emails they insist I dial in to their call center to cancel the policy...BUT their call center only has 086 numbers which you cannot dial from outside SA. Absolutely mind boggling how insane this is.... Very, very frustrating...
