Lightning damage claim.

I had to claim some Items that was damaged due to lightning, the entire process was concluded in just over a week. Most of the time was taken up by the assessors of the damage, but once the reports was received, the claim was settled the same day ( On a Friday ). Michelle handled the claim, and she kept me in the loop, and made a date to phone me to follow up and actually phoned, something that doesn't happen often in my experience.

I'm always weary that there is a lot of promises till you have to claim, but this was relay a great experience ( Well as good as it can get given the situation ).
