Massive premium increases and no call back. Terrrible service indicative of apathy to customers.

I received notification from Budget on 25 April 2022 that my premium would be going up on the first of June 2022. The increase stated is 24.94%. And my excesses are going up too. Since I find a premium increase of this magnitude unacceptable, I asked for a call back on the Budget website the 28th of April 2022. I waited a week ans received no call back, so I sent another call back request on 5th of May 2022. I eventually received a call back on Saturday, the 14th of May 2022, which I was not available to answer. I have since received a message to contact Budget.

My initial premium increase in 2020 was a flat 25%. I had to call in, talk nice and practically beg to have my premium checked. The finaly increase was just on 7%, which is above CPI. This shows that this was not a glitch on the part of Budget, but wilful repetitive behaviour which I find to be highly ********* at the very least. Why do I have to call Budget every year to stop them from increasing my premiums at a rate five times higher than cost of living increase?

The massive premium increase, repititive behaviour of trying to sneak the massive increase through without complaint, and the total lack of effort on the part of Budget Insurance to contact a customer that has not claimed once in his policy, and has paid every premium since the policy's inception, is totally unacceptable.

I will not call the Budget call centre and play nice to stop Budget from ********* business practices. I expect a call back and a review of my premiums that are more in line with CPI than with pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking increases. That, or I will reverse any debit order that comes through my account for Budget and I will take my business elsewhere.
