Managers not responding

These managers are just nowhere to be found. I call every day, I was told the person responsible for my claim will call me back but they don't care. Today I persistently asked to talk to them if either they will approve or not, but they hanged up my call later after I wasted time and airtime waiting on them. I am so annoyed right now and I'm writing this with anger. The only thing I have as feedback now is that nonsense statuses on the website without clear explanation. Since I submitted my claim 6 May, I still call them daily seeking for clarity but this so called person responsible for my claim goes MIA on me. Does she care? Definitely not
