Lying Budget insurance company

Budget insurance are lying to their customers. I had a mechanical warranty plan for my Nissan Qashqai. The bracket on the gearbox broke and I repaired it so I can drive the vehicle. I took the vehicle to a service centre where they told me to go. The bracket and the 2 clutch cables were stripped and photos and a quote was send to budget. The cost to repair this was R11000,00. Budget refused to pay because it is not covered. They only cover the inner components of the gearbox. If this bracket brake while I am driving at a speed of 120 then all the gears inside the gearbox will break and this will then cost R120000,00 to repair. I decided to cancel budget. They again contacted me and said the components are now covered and they send me the new documents. The components is not covered. They are lying to the customers just to get their money. When you claim they dont want to pay the claim.
