Lowered premiums

I had a really good experience with Tshepang from Budget Insurance today when I called to register a claim. He was super nice, patient and explained everything properly. He also helped me fix a few things on my policy and it actually lowered my premiums, which made me really happy. The whole call was smooth and helpful. Really great customer service overall.
