low low budget service

So you advised me about a week ago yiubcannot fix my car because of this and that, you said my car wilk be sent back to me, i waited and the week is almost ending again. I had my own mecani to fix my cat but all you do is delay in bringing the car back, i called and was advised car will be back saturday, i told them i need it sooner as its my daily use, was told car will be brought back tuesday, nothing came tuesday was told thursday so nothing came thursday as well , can some one just send the papers to sash towing to bring my car back, cos they say they awaiting papers from you to have them tow back my car... Please do so i need my car ASAP i dont wanna take drastic measures..im fed up with this ****py service
