When all hope was lost in budget a guardian angel came to the rescue. You are living proof that good customer service does exist. Your spirit of Ubuntu really captured me. I appreciate your help, time patience and customer care. You deserve top management. Wow still out of words. You are so efficient and willing to go the extra mile for us.
