lost for words

Good day I feel your pain, my car has a broken passenger mirror and my car is now going for a month for repairs and then they want to argue with me on what is the difference between stock availability, my mirror glass is on back order for a week a week? for a glass i can make my own glass in a day. its like ordering a phone but you have to order the charge and earphones sepratly how does that work? and then when i phoned a supplier that they can use that actually has stock they say no i cant use it cause it is not second hand and because the panel beater has stock so if they have stock why do is my mirror on back order? so we must just be happy with this answer????
