Long delays in sorting out the car inspection...2 weeks went by. Then sms to say only third party cover, and tracker installation outstanding... Fortunately your agent Saadya Patel managed to sort it out by personally intervening and taking action.. if it wasn't for this I would have canceled the policy and cover.
