Loading of the tracking certificate

I spoken to several consultant at budget regarding the tracking certificate that was suppose to submitted immediately after the installation, Beverley was one of those consultant and I even send her the copy of the certificate via email on the 25 of November but then she couldn't load it for me nor communicate with me until I received the message on the 07 December that tells me installment is going to be increased as I didn't send tracking certificate. On the 10th of December I called again but no one helped me with loading of that certificate until I reached the stage were I felt that solution is to cancel the policy with budget, on my cancelation process the lady transferred my call to the guy by the name of Wayne who managed to listen to the reason why I want to cancel the insurance, and the guy helped me with loading the tracking certificate over the phoneand it didn't even take much of his time to do so. Wayne thank you so much for the amazing service that you gave me, in short I just wanted you to know that you are a star, keep the good job shinning.
