Lengthy claims process but no unfair practice

I may be unhappy with the outcome of my claim and how long it took but I believe one has to be honest and take responsibility when wrong. The accident was unfortunate but upon studying the data retrieved from the EDR, I concede that the driver was wrong. I do hope however that the claims process is made easier for other clients as it took more than two months to get an outcome.
