Legal Dept not resolving long outstanding matter
Had car accident in 2013 May and still to date the legal dept has not made the person who caused the accident to pay/be brought to book-they claim to be still working on it-I have to call time and again to hear the progress and being told they`re busy with the matter and never get back to me even their team leader-claim no ***/2
