Left stranded on the road by insurance

I m experiencing a very bad bad costumer service from my insurance company. My car was with the people appointed by badget insurance to fix it. They told me to collect the vehicle on Monday, On Thursday I drove to KZN from GP,the very same pipes they said they are fixing broke . Now the car is at the dealership,with no sign of it getting ready sooner. Now im left with no transport, I contacted my insurance they promised to get back to me from yesterday until now no arrangements for me to get a car im left speechless because I pay my premium mantle.
